If you completed your enrollment paperwork in the spring you should have received a letter with your username and password so you can complete your online registration. If you need your username and password please contact the Elementary Office, 563-732-2880.
Current Students
Online Registration will NOT work from a mobile phone, you must use a COMPUTER, LAPTOP OR CHROMEBOOK.
Students who were enrolled and completed the 2022 - 2023 school year or attended Kindergarten Round-up last spring may register online for school for the 2023-2024 school year by logging into JMC Family Portal.
Log into the JMC Family Portal please make sure to select the 2023-2024 school year before you login.
If you have forgotten your username or password and have an email address on file you can get them sent to you by clicking the corresponding links on the Family Portal login page.

Start/Continue the Registration Process
Pay for any Tuition/Fees by Credit Card or Bank Account (see below for cash). For your convenience the required fess have been assigned to your student(s). If you would like to purchase activity tickets, yearbooks, or other fees you can do so from the Family Portal fees section or contact us to have it added to your account.
Submit your Meals Application to apply for free/reduced lunches if applicable; additional information about the program can be found here.
If you will be paying in cash or need assistance please contact the Central Office between the hours of 9AM - 3PM, Monday-Friday. accounting@wiltoncsd.org or 563-732-2035. You can also contact the building office for your student(s).

Athletics
A physical exam is required, but the physical exam form which is completed by the health care provider is NOT REQUIRED for athletic participation. A health care provider physical exam form SHOULD NOT be turned in for sports/activities participation eligibility. Parents may retain a copy for their own records and share with the school nurse. You will need to submit the Medical Eligibility Form; which should be provided by your healthcare provider.
